I think the project was kind of hard. Because you had to find students that you knew would take the interview serious and not many high schoolers could do that. Then you had to talk with the person before interviewing so you knew what questions to ask them and that was a long process in its self. In the recording process a few things went wrong so I had to start over which is also hard to do. And then we had to edit which was the hardest part throughout the whole project because I had to cut out a lot of "umms" and "ugh" we also had to do "B roll" which is something that we've never had to do in this class so that was very brand new. Over all the project was fun and so was the class I'm thinking about taking it for next semester.

During this process I learned that six words can be very hard to come up with . Trying to pick six words to describe such a big situation seems impossible. I also learned that your six words could mean something else to different people then what you were going for. For example Ernest Hemingways "for sale baby shoes never worn" when Mr.goble asked us what we thought it meant a lot of people had different ideas some said that maybe they had a baby on the way but a miscarriage happened the baby was born and passed away from something but no one said the obvious because the picture that went along with it looked sad. But the picture was really about a couple who was expecting a boy but ended up having a girl. You also have to be very descriptive in your blog post when you do the six words because then you'll have people wondering what does this even mean? https://medium.com/@teresagaines/the-metal-stake-of-the-sign-had-tall-weeds-shooting-up-from-the-ground-around-it-4a86ffb17a7
In the studio I learned a lot and it was fun to learn for once.I mostly liked working in the talent section because I feel that I did a descent job and it felt really natural even though I never did it before. My second favorite was Director because you get to control everything on the floor and in the tech room. my least favorite job was CG because it was the most simple and I didn't really do much. This was a really fun opportunity because I'm joining the news so this is just a good head start for the future
